Jeff Strunk, President & CEO
Jeffrey Strunk co-founded Wireless Directory Network (WDN) in 1999 after perceiving the need for a directory of wireless telephone numbers as mobile telephone use proliferated. He currently sits on the Board of Directors in addition to acting as President and CEO of the company.
He attended the University of Maine, Farmington, as well as Central Maine Vocational Technical Institution for Graphic Design. In 1994, Jeff was nominated for Maine Entrepreneur of the Year. In the spring of 2007, ComNote®, a product which Jeff developed for WDN, received the Global Directory "People's Choice" Award at the EDM07 conference in London, England.
Mark Anderson, CTO
Charles "Mark" Anderson has over 16 years of experience in information technology systems development, design and management. He is the former Director of Information Technology at Formed Fiber Technologies, where he led the effort to build a self-sufficient IT department and took control of the BAAN Enterprise Resource Planning System implementation across three manufacturing facilities throughout the United States. From 2002 to 2006, Mark served as the Data Center Designer for Nexus Management and led the construction of two enterprise data centers in Brunswick, Maine and Dornoch, Scotland.

William Spear joined Wireless Directory Network as Chief Financial Officer in 2005.
Tracy Kamholtz Butler, COO
Tracy Butler co-founded WDN in 1999 and is currently its Chief Operations Officer. She also has a seat on the Board of Directors.

Kevin Mahaney, Chairman; Owner and CEO of Olympia Equity Investors - a hotel and commercial real estate investment firm. Olympia manages 13 hotel properties located throughout the northeast, with over $150 million in value of hospitality and office properties under management. Kevin brings over 15 years of capital asset strategy and debt portfolio experience to the Company.
Kevin founded and skippered the 1995 America's Cup syndicate "Young America," which involved recruiting over 250 people and developing an $18 million effort in just 30 months, including development of multimillion-dollar relationships with the Ford Motor Company, Boeing, Exxon, UnumProvident, Nautica International, Cray Research, and Science Applications International. He is a 1985 graduate of Middlebury College where he received his degree in Economics with a minor in Physics. From the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, he earned an MBA specializing in Finance and concentrating in Business Policy. In 1996, he was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Law from Thomas College.
Arnie Eckelman-Senior Vice President of Operations-Retired, Verizon Communications Arnold J. Eckelman is a retired telecommunications executive and is currently a principal in the ENR Consulting Group.
Starting with New York Telephone in 1970, Mr. Eckelman held various operating positions and after the merger with New England Telephone, he became the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for NYNEX. He held similar operating positions in both Bell Atlantic and Verizon where he was the Sr. Vice President for Operations. He was one of the key players designated to restore the communications network in Manhattan after the 9/11 tragedy. In all of his positions, Mr. Eckelman dealt with the whole range of operating issues such as engineering, construction, installation, maintenance, sales and service. His primary focus was always on delivering high quality service and at one point he was the Director of the first Quality Institute at NYNEX. Mr. Eckelman has served on several Boards such as The Brooklyn Academy of Music, St. Bonaventure University and the Jr. Achievement of New York. Currently he is Vice President of Willoughby Golf Club in Stuart, Florida.
Eckelman earned a BS in Mathematics from St. Bonaventure University. He also served in the U.S. Army for three years, including a tour as a Captain in Viet Nam.
Lawrence Kelly, Managing Director - WDN-Africa. Mr. Kelly has been instrumental in setting up Wireless Directory Network Africa and has been part of the WDN team since its being founded nine years ago.
Previously Managing Director of TKC Premiums UK London. TKC Premiums had an established client base in the UK and Europe with global distribution and manufacturing in Bangladesh within the "active leisure" marketplace. Currently based in South Africa he was previously employed by Deloitte and Touche consulting into the Energy and Mining industry. He is a director and founder of Lebefu Trading which focuses on commodity trading and high level facilitation into African countries. Lebefu Trading is a secure platform for trade into and out of Africa.

Robert L. Schmidt; A recognized international leader in telecommunications with over 30 years of experience in developing, building and operating communication companies which have delivered video, voice and data services over cable and wireless systems. Bob has been a visionary in the development of many aspects of telecommunications including: the first Teleport in Washington, D.C., wireless video services in the former USSR, Ireland and South America, high speed two-way data and video on MMDS in the U.S. He is co-founder of C-SPAN. He has served as President of several trade associations including; NCTA, WCA and the World Teleport Assoc. Bob received an undergraduate degree in Business from U.S.C., a Masters in International Business from American University and a Doctor of Law from Georgetown University.
Christopher Howard; Chief Legal Counsel, has been a member of Pierce Atwood since 1982. His forte is in managing complex commercial transactions and development projects in time-sensitive environments, and in accessing all sectors of the capital markets. Chris was Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at American Skiing Company from 1996-2001, where he was responsible for managing capital markets, M&A and development. Chris served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Maine Employers Mutual Insurance Company during its start-up. That company wrote over $100 million in premium during its first year of operation. Since returning to Pierce Atwood in 2001, Chris has represented numerous clients, both public and private, in connection with capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and development projects.
